Each report begins with a list of search engine results for hire companies in the claimant's area. Our team then reviews the mainstream hire companies to identify those with the required class of vehicle available. Telephone calls are made to confirm any required information not available on the hire company's website. Time-stamped images of all online quotations and recordings of all telephone calls are stored securely and are available to our clients at no additional charge.
